Way behind as usual.  Thank you for all the faves over the last few months. Most of the stuff I'm putting up now are requests from a family friend.  First, she asked me to make a necklace for two of her granddaughters.  Then, she liked those so much that she asked if I could make 5 more for her other granddaughters.  She asked for heart pendants, and each one is done in the granddaughter's favorite color.  I had a lot of fun doing them once I got what I needed... I never realized nice heart pendants could be so hard to find.  I finally searched places online to find what I wanted.

My roommate's church helps fund a lot of the charities in our area, and they are have a craft bazaar this month to help raise money for those charities.  So I'm making a bunch of jewelry and other little items for them to sell. As much as I love making jewelry, I am not at all business minded.  I have found that it is very difficult for me to just mass produce for the sake of selling, but I love making things as gifts.  Donating is becoming part of that.  Because of the ideas and efforts of a very special little girl (http://www.grandhaventribune.com/paid/303872421696943.bsp), my roommate and I also got the idea of making a bunch of little g

It is way too early, but I couldn't get back to sleep. For more background, see my first "Selling..." entry. I finally managed to make a few more things.  My roomate suggested making a bunch of little girl necklaces that I could sell for about $5.  Make some girls' day. We're going to the U.P. this weekend, leaving tomorrow.  Maybe the travel will help my mind come up with more ideas.
